    Pet Insurance

I have my pup and looking into getting her pet insurance. Does anyone have any strong recommendations on which company I should go with?

    Thanks ahead of time!

I have insurance with Petplan and they have been great. You select your deductible and coverage percentage and it figures out the cost. They've paid out in accordance with my policy every time and I've never run into maximum amounts for procedures.

We have VPI and haven't had any problems with being reimbursed. Although, we haven't had anything major happen. We pay around $50-$60 a month.

I suggest you get the insurance! I didn't have it and my "Pork" had torn ACLs in both knees. Just had a $3000 vet bill.

I have trupanion for Oliver, other than the price had near doubled a month since i first got it for him, they do pay back 90% of the bill which is nice! They cover hip problems if they are coveted before 1 year of age. He hasn't had to many issues to worry about other than he hurt his eye and had to stitch it closed for a couple weeks! I am paying $70 each month now, but i would much rather have it than not! I don't know what i would do without my little buddy!!!!
