    Deep corkscrew tail pocket advice

Hi there. My Darla has a deep corkscrew tail. I take very good care of it and she's pretty good about letting me. I am just seeking advice on what some of you might be using and your techniques of cleaning a tail pocket. I am talking, I can get my finger in there but it's very tight and I'm VERY careful of course.
I use a baby wipe but I know moist isn't always good I use a Malaseb squirt on the wipey and follow up after a few hours with some antifungle light cream to help in soreness and just overall so it's not so "skin to skin" dry you know?... she seems fine not any redness for concern, but boy it does irritate her after and she sits and doesn't move for awhile :( makes me so sad! Any advice would be so appreciated! I don't want her to get infected and I don't want to amputate in the future if I can help it.... she's just 1 1/2 years old and I love her so much! Thanks for your replies!
