    Bathroom in the house?

My bulldog is 4 years old. He was potty-trained for 3.5 years now all of a sudden he has started peeing in my apartment daily. He doesn't have a different routine. His pee looks healthy (no blood or anything different). Does anyone suggest anything?

Is there a consistent pattern of when he goes inside? Is he going more frequently than usual(possible urinary tract infection)? Are there any other dogs/animals in the house? Could he be marking his territory?

If this was my dog I think I would go back to the basics of when I first started potty training.
