thanks and High and need some help

We have had our bullie for less than 3 years we got her at 7 weeks just prior to leaving Southern Cal for Tennessee, after living here for a while our bullie developed a skin issue. I took her to the Vet here in the town that we live in but they had never seen anything like the problem that she is still having. The vet did do a scrape to rule out mange, but has no clue what it might be, some have suggested that it might be something in her line. So here is the problem on both sides of her like where a saddle would sit on a horse all of her fur is gone down to bare skin, the skin is not rough in anyway, the fur is just gone, I thought it might be diet so I switched food and started to add coconut oil and even some pumpkin, at first she liked the pumpkin but not anymore, she does love the coconut oil. So I have hope that someone might have come accross this problem in the past and have a recommendations as what to do for her. Thanks in advance for help.

hon that sounds like seasonal flank alopecea. google it and see if thats what your baby looks like. the skin should also be black in the bare spots. its doesnt bother the dogs and usually just looks bad. some use fish oil or melatonin with some success of it growing back. some change food or cut out a treat and it gets better. some it just goes away when a certain season is over. nothing to worry about if thats what it is.
