Our bully always got tear stains from his food. Some foods will have their tears react this way. Once we changed his food, it stopped. But at pet stores there is something I use to get for my smaller dogs that helped a little for the tears.. Its almost like baby wipes but for tear stains. It doesnt get rid of all of it, but it helps with the appearance. There is a somewhat long list at petsmart that might help but it wont stop him from tearing and maybe causing more stains.

    Petsmart.com

But if this doesnt work, im not sure what food your using, but we switched our bully over to Taste of the Wild food and it cleared it right up! Hope this helps :) and good luck..

I use 'angel eyes'. I also wipe her face twice a day. Angel eyes helps because it somehow changes the ph in her tears so they don't stain her white fur. I just sprinkle it over her food and she gobbles it up.
